Zareef Ties – Sales & Return Policy

 

At Zareef Tatreez Ties, each piece is carefully handcrafted with traditional Palestinian embroidery. The beauty of handmade work means that slight variations or small imperfections may occur — these are a natural part of the artistry and make every tie unique.

We offer a 14-day exchange policy from the date your order is delivered. Exchanges are accepted for unused, unworn items in their original packaging. We do not offer refunds.

For pre-ordered products, please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery, as each piece is made to order with care.

 

Custom Orders

Custom colors or special designs are subject to the same no cancellation or refund policy once the order is placed and production has begun.

To request an exchange, please contact us at contact@zareef.us within 14 days of receiving your item. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
